AT100 Intelligent Magnetostrictive Liquid Level Transmitter is composed of magnetism –insulation stainless steel tube( measuring pole), magnetostrictive line (guided wave line), movable magnetic floater and electronic parts etc. Impulse generator emits a current impulse (inception impulse) along with guided wave line. The magnetic field produced by the current impulses combines the magnetic circle and magnetic field vector in floater and generates spiral magnetic field. It will result in instantaneous torsion, makes guided wave line twist and produce terminal impulse, and then the terminal impulse will go back along with guided ware line. By measuring the time between the inception impulse and terminal impulse, the liquid level can be caculated .
